YOGA WAS TRADITIONALLY TAUGHT 1:1 WITH TEACHER AND STUDENT, AND WHILE GROUP CLASSES ARE FUN AND PROVIDE LARGER COMMUNITY, THE REASONS FOR PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS ARE NUMEROUS.
